BENJAMIN J. MARGOLIN is an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP. He joined the firm in May 2017 as a Summer Associate and worked at the firm during his third year of law school.
Mr. Margolin represents residential and commercial property owners, landlords, and management companies in a wide array of real estate and commercial litigation in Housing Court, Civil Court, Supreme Court, and Surrogate’s Court. His practice focuses on prosecuting nonpayment proceedings, holdover proceedings, and plenary actions.
Mr. Margolin earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 with a certificate in Real Estate Law, and graduated cum laude from Queens College in 2014. He is admitted to practice law in New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
