Allison R. Lissner joined the firm in 2013 as Partner in the firm’s Transactional Department.
Ms. Lissner practices as a commercial real estate attorney. She has a broad range of experience in all areas of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on office and retail leasing. She has represented numerous owners, developers and tenants (including Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded companies, big-box tenants, high-end retailers and restauranteurs) in the negotiation and drafting of office, retail, restaurant, triple net and ground leases throughout the United States.
In addition, Ms. Lissner’s practice includes representing corporate entities and individuals in the acquisition, development and disposition of vacant land, office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers and other commercial and residential properties. She also routinely counsels’ clients on various due diligence and financing issues.
